The reasons why cubictalk ask all teachers to take exam on Friday are :
First our half of juvenile students go to Korean cram school to study more reading grammar etc.
Some of student’s parents think that only Philippines teacher’s lesson is not enough Especially to take Korean university Entrance exam
Second Cubictalk have no specific curriculum honestly at the moments depends on teacher’s personal abilities
Teacher’s abilities are a lots of things
Pronunciation + American accent + teaching skills ( ) + personalities ( kindness + patience + concentration on lessons ) + attendances + and the others (cubictalk honestly do not know what is “the other factors” such as may be personal attractiveness ……… )
Among the above factors of teacher’s qualification the only thing cubictalk can do is improving grammar skills and making specific curriculum
The other ones cannot be …….. For examples , enhancing Pronunciation + American accents which is the most important skill takes too much time and very difficult
And Personalities cannot be changed even attendance as well
